The work reimagines the iconic 1991 poster, featuring a monkey, by updating the year to 2019 and adding the text “Where did she go?” It evokes nostalgia and longing for the charm and love of the festival’s original posters, reflecting on how the visual identity of Boulevard has changed over time. A playful yet critical reflection on memory, aesthetics, and the passage of time within the cultural tradition of the Parade.
