When I (Frank Willems), as an artist, handle personal data, I will comply with current privacy legislation. The personal data that I/we currently possess is made transparent through this privacy statement. Additionally, I/we clarify what we do with the personal data.
Personal data that I/we process
I/we process a limited amount of personal data about you because you make use of our services and/or because you have provided this data to us. An overview of the personal data we process: name, email address, physical address, and phone number. By cross-referencing this data, we can identify individuals and prevent fraud.
Purposes of data processing
The above-mentioned personal data is used to communicate with you. We communicate with you about art news, exhibitions, and other news that may be relevant to you. We do this through newsletters and/or email.
Retention period
I/we are not bound by legal retention periods. In order to communicate effectively with you, we will retain the personal data. However, personal data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary.
If you request us to delete your personal data, this data will be removed within 2 weeks of your request.
Sharing with third parties
I/we do not share your data with third parties and will only do so if it is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you. We conclude data processing agreements with organizations that process your data on our behalf, in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.
