“FERNSEHTURM” is a paste-up showing the iconic Berlin Fernsehturm, along which a climbing monkey is making its way up. At the bottom of the tower, the text reads: “YOU WERE CALLING FOR A KING KONG, YOU GOT A BABOON.” The work plays with humor and expectations, intertwines urban culture with satirical imagery, and references the original paste-up made for the MINIMALISTIX Gallery in Berlin.
