FULL SCREEN FRONT ROW confronts the viewer with a sea of 126 phones, all recording the same concert, blocking the real experience behind a wall of screens. The work expresses frustration with how the urge to capture everything replaces the act of truly being present. In an era where witnessing has become secondary to documenting, it asks: what do we actually see anymore? Only one phone displays the words FULL SCREEN FRONT ROW — an ironic statement on how we’ve reduced genuine moments to digital fragments.

FULL SCREEN FRONT ROW konfrontiert den Betrachter mit einem Meer aus 126 Handys, die alle dasselbe Konzert aufnehmen und das echte Erlebnis hinter einer Wand aus Bildschirmen versperren. Das Werk drückt die Frustration darüber aus, wie der Drang, alles festzuhalten, das wirkliche Erleben ersetzt. In einer Zeit, in der das Erleben dem Dokumentieren untergeordnet ist, fragt es: Was sehen wir überhaupt noch? Nur ein Handy zeigt die Worte FULL SCREEN FRONT ROW – eine ironische Aussage darüber, wie wir echte Momente auf digitale Fragmente reduziert haben.
