Created during my residency at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, this series is inspired by the intricate murals and stained-glass windows by Chris Lebeau from 1926. The works symbolize the circle of life and love, with elements from the original murals magnified and infused with a touch of humor. The result is a blend of historical elegance and contemporary playfulness, highlighting the beauty of details and the story of the building in a fresh, new way.
